| Being too contradictory
I am having a hard time learning when not to dissagree. I also find that whenever I do disagree or try to change the subject, I increase my volume, often untill I am told I'm yelling or someone becomes upset with me. I'm looking for some ways that I can learn to let the little stuff slide and use a softer voice overall. |
