| Some tips if you are having trouble..
I have a lot of back problems, therefore it is difficult for me to keep a good posture naturally. I have some tips that have helped me:
-Practice.
-Strengthen your back muscles.
-Invest in a posture band.
-Play an instrument, or sing. I have began learning the cello and I need to be more upright vs. slouched when I am playing it. The same occurs when I sings as well. It's more of a fun way to get a good posture.
-Stretch your muscles. I practice yoga, and a more flexible body in general makes me more comfortable staying in a good posture.
-My best advice is don't give up!
