Why is the UdefineU program important?
The UdefineU Program is important because it empowers a woman to transform herself, step by step,
into the woman she has always dreamt of becoming. UdefineU has taken those traits that make a woman
stand out and created a program around them. The very elements women admire in other women, but can't
quite seem to grasp for themselves are now "demystified". This is the ultimate 'self-help' for becoming
more graceful and elegant.
What can I expect to learn with UdefineU?
With the UdefineU Program, you will master proper posture and poise, making your every movement flawless
and feminine. You will learn how to make full use of your vocal range in order to express yourself with
confidence and retain your listener's full attention. You will fine tune your etiquette skills allowing
you to feel comfortable in any social situation. And finally, your will learn how to create your own
signature look that is timeless and classic, but most of all elegant!
When will I start to see results?
You will start seeing results the very first day you begin using the program. Some lessons are easier to
incorporate than others. The Etiquette video will probably be the fastest to incorporate because its lessons
are easily learned and applied. With the other three videos: Posture & Poise, Voice & Speech, and The Fundamentals
of Style, the change will be more gradual as the knowledge they teach requires more study and practice in order to
change ingrained patterns. Notwithstanding, you can begin to see noticeable results in the first 30 days if you
follow the program as directed.
Will I really change?
Absolutely! The degree of change will depend entirely on your enthusiasm and willing participation in the UdefineU
Program. All the tips, tricks and details are provided and thoroughly explained in order for you to transform yourself
into a graceful, elegant and stylish woman. Over time, many of the traits taught will become second nature to you as you
fully incorporate them into your way of being.
How difficult or easy is it to incorporate the lessons of the program?
The lessons in the UdefineU Program are easy to incorporate into one's life. However, please keep in mind that in some
cases, such as with the Posture & Poise and Voice & Speech videos, you are re-training your body after years of potentially
incorrect patterns. Therefore, you need to pay particular attention to the coaching and PRACTICE in order for the training
to be fully assimilated. None of the lessons in the videos are hard or time consuming to learn. However, you need to be an
active participant in your own transformation. Watching the videos alone will not automatically change you.
Is your program available in DVD?
Starting January 9, 2007, we stopped offering our DVD program and moved to a completely digital platform. We made this move to
provide customers with a cheaper and more accessible alternative to view the program. When you order, you will have access to
the same complete UdefineU program through high quality online streaming on the site. Our videos are not available for
download, only the guides are. You can view the videos as many times as you want once your order is confirmed.
Can I view the videos over and over again?
Yes. Once you sign up and your order is confirmed, you will have a lifetime account with UdefineU in which you will
be able to access the videos and guides and view them as many times as you want.
Are the videos downloadable?
No. Our videos are only viewable through online streaming on our website.

Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
To place an order simply follow the checkout process and make sure you click on "Place Your Order" to effectively place your
order. An order confirmation will be displayed after your checkout and you will also receive an order confirmation e-mail.
What kind of information do you collect in the ordering process?
During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
· Your e-mail address.
· A username and password to set up your lifetime account.
· Your credit card billing address.
· Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes. The "Edit" button in the checkout page gives you another opportunity to make changes to your order and information.
Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Place Your Order."
How can I be sure my order has been received?
Once you click "Place Your Order" on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will
also receive a confirmation e-mail within approximately 24 hours.

Is my credit card information secure when I order from this site?
Yes, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced security protocol that protects your credit card information and
ensures secure online ordering. SSL Internet connections are encrypted, and thus protect all credit card ordering information,
including your name, address and credit card number, so no one can read it in transit. We use secure technology, privacy
protection controls, and restrictions on employee access, to safeguard your personal information.
What is your safe shopping guarantee policy?
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges
are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. It is determined that under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this
$50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized
use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures.
